Periodic Wellness Exams
We provide wellness physicals as a part of the membership. The scheduled periodic exam reviews your current medical issues, assesses your goals for the future and ensures that appropriate cancer screening is completed. We recognize that prevention is the key to a long, healthy life, so we make sure to focus on this at each scheduled periodic visit.
Follow-Up Visits
To keep you healthy, you will need appropriate follow-up with our physicians. You will be able to follow up with your personal primary care physician on a regular basis to recheck labs as necessary, discuss interim health problems and ensure that your treatment plan is continuing to work for you.
Urgent Care Visits
When you are not feeling your best, the last thing you want to do is struggle to make an appointment and wait in a doctor’s office for over an hour to see the doctor. We will get you into the office as soon as possible, assess your condition and prescribe appropriate treatment – even on nights and weekends. A house call can be arranged at the discretion of the physician.

We have an outstanding list of specialists in all areas of medicine to ensure that you will get the best possible care for your specific medical needs. We make referrals only to providers we trust, which enables you to feel confident that you will get the kind of care you deserve, even when you are outside of the primary care setting. Active coordination of your various specialty care needs is also an important function of our practice.
