Hundreds of patients have returned complimentary comments from our patient surveys with next to no criticisms. Most are short notes like "Excellent!", "Very satisfied, "I like it", "Fantastic" or "Very pleased." Here are a few of the longer, highlight comments patients have sent us.

It is a pleasure. No waiting in the waiting room. Lots of time to
talk things over with the doctor. Keep up the good work.
2. Very satisfied! My therapist says that he gets immediate responses to requests
for prescriptions from you--not the case with other practices.
3. Your letter on 12/1 stated, "You are not disturbing me when you call.
It disturbs me when you do not call." Those two sentences were very comforting to me and allowed me to call you at 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning when I thought I had swallowed a [piece of a tooth]. Thanks for graciously taking my call and [dealing with the problem].
4. Love it! It is a peaceful experience. [My son] wants to come every week because you have better snacks than I do.
5. I am very pleased with the service I have received. I received more service than I have ever received in my life. Thank you.
6. Fine as always. But little time is left to peruse the magazines in the waiting room!
7. We are both very pleased with the new way of doing things, especially the short wait (or no wait) to see the doctor.

10. The most amazing thing is being able to arrive at an appointed time and being seen immediately! Also, Dr. LaGrelius is continually up to date on the latest medical information and therefore I have extreme confidence in his suggestions! The whole staff is also so pleasant to be around.

12. Let me say it this way: Everyone should have an annual referral to some OTHER docor. Twice this year I walked into waiting rooms where chairs were lined up like railway cars -- and they were almost all
occupied! The wait brought back memories of the old days at the LaGrelius office, when wait times were so long. Those times were undoubtedly because Dr. L's commitment to be thorough with his patients meant delays and long waits. But no more. Now what I would envision as the ultimate experience in great medical care is reality! Thanks to all of you who provide such exceptional care.
